Стой и пой о Замбии, гордой и свободной (англ. Stand and Sing of Zambia, Proud and Free, бемба Lumbanyeni Zambia) — государственный гимн Замбии, принятый после получения независимости в 1964.
Музыка гимна идентична песне «Боже, благослови Африку», написанной Енохом Сонтонгой и используемой в качестве составной части гимна ЮАР, однако слова сочинены заново, поскольку песня Сонтонги посвящена Африке в целом.
